pewoCAD 100 kW – 20 MW

Individually configurable remote heating stations with highest quality standard for hot water networks and steam networks

Remote heating stations from the pewoCAD product line cover the range of services for heat transfer up to several megawatts. They include all necessary groups of components for connecting building systems to the particular heating network. In addition to using standardised groups of components, plants can be freely configured.

  • Construction according to specific network operator's requirements
  • pewoCAD plants in all connection configurations for hot water networks and steam networks
  • service spectrum up to 20 MW
  • Stations are ready to connect, electrically wired
  • Safety tested
    Field of Application:
Apartment building, Industrial property, School, Sports facility, Health facility, Hotel, Barracks

industrially manufactured for little effort required for on-site assembly

    • individually configurated stations are ready to connect and electrically wired
    • high energy efficiency
    • object-oriented construction and production of district heating substations

    several regulators

    • customer-focused or application-oriented regulators by Samson, Danfoss, Siemens, Riccius+Sohn, Schneid and further producers are used
    • individual in-house programming of applications
    Fernwärmestation pewoCAD

Monitoring for network and Plant Optimisation

    • live-display of all plant values in any web browser
    • configuration and remote maintenance
    • assessment of all plant values collected for any prescribed period
    • data export to Excel or as XML for third party applications
    • access via UMTS
    • alerting via E-mail or SMS

    thermal insulation

The thermal insulation of the compact stations is achieved either by means of the pewoPUR foam system or by steel-cased mineral wool, as desired.

    quality and safety

PEWO plants fulfil highest demands for quality. They are manufactured in compliance with the following guidelines and regulations:

    • ISO 9001
    • Applicable DIN and VDE
[German Association for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies] regulations
    • Guidelines of the AGFW [German Heating and Power Association]
    • Energy Conservation Ordinance
    • Pressure Equipment Directive
    • Pressurized Vessel Regulation
    • The technical connection conditions (German abbr.: TAB)
of the specific district heating utility
    • little effort required for on-site assembly
    • integrated measurement, control and regulating technology
    • stations are ready to connect, electrically wired
    • safety tested
    • high transfer output in smallest possible space

    frame

    • painted, galvanized, powder-coated or galvanized and powder-coated
    • pallet truck and forklift truck capable sub-structure
    • lifting eyes
    • individual construction of a housing cowl (paint, imprint,
      design)

    feet

    • adjustable height, made of polyurethane (35 mm high)
    • suitable for heavy loads, slidable
    • noise-/vibration dampened
    • hardness grade is adjustable
    • absolutely corrosion free

    Twinlok Nipple

Usage of Twinlok nipples instead of thermometers or manometers saves space and material. For exact measurements, one can, e.g., in very short time install a differential pressure gauge.
